Description

This Melt In Your Mouth Chicken Breast Recipe is the ultimate comfort food—juicy, tender chicken baked with a creamy Parmesan and mayonnaise coating. Quick, easy, and full of flavor, it’s perfect for weeknights or special gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts – 4 pieces
  • Mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt) – ½ cup
  • Grated Parmesan cheese – ½ cup
  • Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – ½ teaspoon
  • Black pepper – ½ teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) – For garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat Your Oven:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with nonstick spray or a light coat of oil.
  • Prepare the Coating:
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  • Prepare the Chicken:
Arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer in the greased baking dish. If the breasts are thick, pound them to an even thickness for consistent cooking.
  • Coat the Chicken:
Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast, ensuring complete coverage.
  • Bake:
Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 25–30 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness; the internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C). The top should be golden and slightly crispy.
  • Garnish and Serve:
Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the baked chicken for added flavor and presentation. Serve immediately while hot.

Notes

  • Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Reheating: Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes or in the microwave until heated through.
