Ingredients
- 2 large onions, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, grated
- 500 grams of minced turkey (or chicken)
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste

Prepare the Ingredients
- Finely chop the onions and grate the carrot.
- If using fresh meat, mince 500 grams of turkey or chicken.

Cook the Onions
- Heat a splash of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onions and sauté for 5-7 minutes until soft and translucent.

Add the Carrot
- Stir in the grated carrot. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until softened.

Cook the Minced Meat
- Add the minced turkey or chicken to the skillet.
- Break it apart with a spatula and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and fully cooked.

- Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir everything together and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes to meld the flavors.
