Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Cut each potato into 8 wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Add the potato wedges and toss until they are well coated.
  4. Spread the potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove the baking sheet from the oven, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the potato wedges, and return to the oven.
