Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Cut each potato into 8 wedges.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Add the potato wedges and toss until they are well coated.
- Spread the potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the potato wedges, and return to the oven.
- Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
- If desired, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before baking, then pat them dry.
