  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 cups chilled water
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint sprigs for decoration (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the chopped peaches in a blender along with 1 cup of chilled water. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the peach puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher.
  3. Incorporate the freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar into the pitcher, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Gradually add the remaining 3 cups of chilled water, mixing well.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.
  6. Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  7. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint sprigs if desired.
