A refreshing and creamy Pineapple Peach Smoothie that is perfect for a quick breakfast or a healthy snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup frozen peach slices
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 cup coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the frozen pineapple chunks, frozen peach slices, sliced banana, coconut milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and chia seeds (if using).
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more coconut milk until you reach your desired consistency.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup. Blend again briefly to combine.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a protein boost, add a scoop of your favorite protein powder before blending.
- Substitute the coconut milk with Greek yogurt for a creamier texture and added protein.
