  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup frozen peach slices
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen pineapple chunks, frozen peach slices, sliced banana, coconut milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and chia seeds (if using).
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more coconut milk until you reach your desired consistency.
  3. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup. Blend again briefly to combine.
