Ingredients
For the Dough:
- 2 glasses of water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 cups all-purpose flour

- 5 tablespoons oil
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Bell pepper, to taste
- Ground red pepper, to taste

- In a large mixing bowl, mix water and salt until the salt dissolves.
- Gradually add flour while mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Divide the dough into equal portions, cover with a damp cloth, and let rest for 15 minutes.

Make the Filling:
- Heat 5 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add finely chopped onions and sauté until tender and translucent.
- Stir in minced meat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Cook until browned.
- Season with salt, black pepper, bell pepper, and ground red pepper. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let the filling cool.

- Roll each portion of dough into a thin circle on a floured surface.
