Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 12 slices of cooked bacon
  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Optional: hot sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are just set but still soft, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. While the eggs are cooking, slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  5. Once the eggs are cooked, evenly distribute the scrambled eggs over the bottom halves of the slider buns.
  6. Layer the cooked bacon slices on top of the eggs, followed by the shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Place the top halves of the slider buns over the cheese.
  8. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
  9. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm. Drizzle with hot sauce if desired.
