Ingredients
- 12 slider buns
- 12 slices of cooked bacon
- 12 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Optional: hot sauce for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are just set but still soft, about 5-7 minutes.
- While the eggs are cooking, slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
- Once the eggs are cooked, evenly distribute the scrambled eggs over the bottom halves of the slider buns.
- Layer the cooked bacon slices on top of the eggs, followed by the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Place the top halves of the slider buns over the cheese.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm. Drizzle with hot sauce if desired.
