  1. Prepare the Ingredients

    • Peel and grate the potatoes, and finely chop the onion. Shred the mozzarella cheese and chop fresh parsley. Set everything aside.
  2. Sauté the Vegetables

    • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook for 3-5 minutes until soft and aromatic.
  3. Cook the Potatoes

    • Add the grated potatoes to the pan with the onions. Stir well and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender and slightly golden.
