  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 cups asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes (if using), lemon zest, and lemon juice.
