Ingredients
- 4 medium apples, diced (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp work well)
- 1 cup Snickers candy bars, chopped (about 4 fun-sized bars)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced apples and lemon juice. Toss to coat the apples and prevent browning.
- Add the chopped Snickers bars, mini marshmallows, and chopped pecans (if using) to the bowl with the apples.
- In a separate bowl, mix the whipped topping and plain yogurt until well combined.
- Pour the whipped topping mixture over the apple and candy mixture. Gently fold everything together until evenly coated.
- Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the salad to chill.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
