Instructions

  1. Begin by warming your panini press or a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Brush one side of each sourdough slice with olive oil to create a golden crust.
  3. On the unbuttered side of two slices, generously spread marinara sauce, ensuring even coverage.
  4. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce, creating a cheesy foundation.
