  • 2 (10 oz) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and thoroughly drained
  • 2 (14 oz) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (¾ cup for the mixture, ¼ cup for topping)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.
  • Prepare the Spinach
    • Thaw the frozen spinach completely.
    • Place it in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out all excess moisture to prevent a watery dip.
  • Mix the Creamy Base
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise.
    • Whisk until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Add Seasonings
