Spring Dipped Oreos are a fun and festive no-bake treat featuring classic Oreo cookies dipped in creamy white chocolate and decorated with colorful sprinkles. Perfect for Easter, spring parties, or a quick sweet snack!
Ingredients
- 1 package (15.25 oz) Oreo cookies
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 cup pastel sprinkles (or decorative sprinkles of choice)
- Optional: 1 cup milk chocolate chips, for drizzling
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
- Dip each Oreo halfway into the melted chocolate. Let the excess drip off, then place it onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Immediately sprinkle the dipped part with pastel sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
- If desired, melt milk chocolate chips and drizzle over dipped cookies for an extra decorative touch.
- Place the cookies in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully set.
