Description

A festive, fun, and easy-to-make St. Patrick’s Day Chocolate Bark with swirls of green and white chocolate, crunchy pretzels, candy, and shimmering gold sprinkles. A perfect treat for parties, gifting, or indulging in a little holiday magic!

Ingredients

  • 30 ounces vanilla candy melts
  • Green food coloring
  • 3/4 cup thin salted pretzel sticks, broken into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup green and white M&Ms
  • 1 tablespoon gold pearl sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt the vanilla candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl according to package instructions until smooth.
  2. Create the Green Swirl: Transfer a few spoonfuls of the melted white chocolate into a separate bowl, mix with green food coloring, and place in a small Ziploc bag. Snip off a small corner.
  3. Spread and Swirl: Pour the remaining melted white chocolate onto the lined baking sheet and spread it evenly into a 1/4-inch thick rectangle. Pipe the green-colored chocolate over the white and use a knife to create a marbled swirl pattern.
  4. Top It Off: Sprinkle the pretzel pieces, M&Ms, and gold pearl sprinkles evenly across the chocolate.
  5. Chill and Break: Refrigerate for about 2 hours until completely hardened. Once set, break into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week or refrigerate for up to two weeks.
  • For a nut-free version, double-check candy labels and substitute pretzels with puffed rice cereal.
  • Use dark or milk chocolate for a different flavor twist.
