Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
