Ingredients
- 2–3 cups of cooked stuffing (leftover from Thanksgiving)
- 1–2 cups of cooked turkey, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 1 large egg, whisked
- 1 cup of prepared turkey gravy (plus extra for serving if desired)
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin to prevent sticking.
2. Combine the Ingredients:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked stuffing, chopped turkey, and whisked egg.
- Stir until the mixture is evenly moistened and slightly holds together when pressed.
3. Fill the Muffin Tin:
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin tin.
- Press down gently to pack each cup evenly for uniform muffins.
4. Bake the Muffins:
- Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and crispy.
5. Serve with Gravy:
- Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool slightly before removing them from the tin.
- Serve warm with a drizzle of turkey gravy on top, or use the gravy as a dip on the side for added flavor.
