  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour 
  • 2 tablespoons tomato concentrate 

Instructions:

  • In a large skillet, warm some vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and shredded carrot. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender, roughly 5 minutes.
