Ingredients

Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Prepare a cake pan by greasing and dusting with flour or lining it with parchment paper.
2. Make the Cake Batter:
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt until frothy.
- Add the sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
- Stir in the vanilla flavor, seed oil, and milk. Mix well.
- Sift together the flour and baking powder. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until smooth.
3. Prepare the Filling:
- In another bowl, whisk the egg with a pinch of salt until frothy.
- Add the fresh cheese, sugar, and vanilla flavor, whisking until smooth and creamy.
4. Assemble the Cake:
- Pour half the cake batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Spoon the cheese filling over the batter, spreading it evenly. Scatter blueberries on top.
- Pour the remaining cake batter over the filling, spreading gently to cover the blueberries.
5. Bake the Cake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
6. Serve:
- Slice the cake and serve with a dusting of powdered sugar, if desired. Pair with tea or coffee for an extra-special treat!
