- 4 yellow potatoes
- 60g panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 30g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 50g olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with oil.

Prepare the Potatoes
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water.
- Skewer each potato lengthwise using a wooden skewer.
- Carefully cut each potato into a spiral shape by rotating it slowly and slicing continuously with a sharp knife. Ensure you don’t cut all the way through.

- Mix panko breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
- Combine olive oil and minced garlic in another bowl.
- Brush each potato spiral generously with the garlic olive oil, ensuring the oil gets between the cuts.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the potatoes, pressing lightly to help the coating stick.
