Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pre-made pizza crust (12-inch)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the tzatziki sauce. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Place the pre-made pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Brush the crust lightly with olive oil.
- Spread the tzatziki chicken mixture evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
- Evenly distribute the halved cherry tomatoes and sliced red onion over the cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh dill before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add sliced jalapeños on top before baking.
