- 1 cup of diced strawberries
- 1 cup of fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil (optional, for a glossy finish)
- 1/4 cup of mini marshmallows (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the white chocolate chips in 30-second bursts, stirring well after each interval until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate onto the lined baking sheet and spread it into an even layer using a spatula.
- While the chocolate is still warm, scatter the diced strawberries and blueberries across the surface, gently pressing them in.
- If using coconut oil, melt it separately and drizzle over the fruit-topped chocolate.
- Add mini marshmallows on top for extra crunch if desired.
- Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator and chill for about an hour until the chocolate hardens.
- Once set, break the bark into irregular pieces and enjoy!
