- 1 whole loaf of bread
- 20 grams butter
- 10 slices salami
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
- 100 grams grated mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Prepare the Loaf:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the top off the loaf and hollow out the inside, leaving a thick shell. Reserve the removed bread for another use.
Make the Filling:
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs and add the salt.
- Stir in the chopped parsley and grated mozzarella cheese until combined.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and fry the salami for 1–2 minutes on each side until slightly crispy.
- Chop the cooked salami into smaller pieces and mix it into the egg mixture.
Stuff the Loaf:
- Pour the filling into the hollowed-out loaf, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
- Place the top of the loaf back on to seal it.
