  • Author: Annabel
  • Total Time: 4 hours 30 minutes
  • Yield: 16–20 pieces

Description

Indulge in the warm, sweet flavors of this Cinnamon Swirl Fudge—a creamy, buttery treat with swirls of cinnamon sugar and a drizzle of maple-cinnamon topping. Perfect for holidays, homemade gifts, or a cozy night in, this fudge is both easy to make and beautifully delicious.

Ingredients

For the Fudge Base:

  • 2 ¾ cups granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar mix
  • A pinch of kosher salt
  • 3 cups white chocolate morsels
  • 7 oz jar marshmallow cream

For the Maple Cinnamon Drizzle:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar mix

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Fudge Base

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine granulated sugar, unsalted butter, heavy cream, cinnamon sugar mix, and a pinch of kosher salt.
  2. Warm the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar and butter fully dissolve.
  3. Once the mixture reaches a gentle boil, reduce the heat slightly and let it simmer for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the white chocolate morsels and marshmallow cream. Mix thoroughly until smooth and creamy.

Step 2: Pour and Set the Fudge

  1. Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  2. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  3. Allow the fudge to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate it for 3–4 hours, or until completely set.

Step 3: Make the Maple Cinnamon Drizzle

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, maple syrup, heavy cream, and cinnamon sugar mix.
  2. Adjust the consistency: add a splash of cream if too thick or a bit more powdered sugar if too thin.
  3. Whisk until smooth and drizzle-worthy.

Step 4: Decorate and Serve

  1. Drizzle the maple cinnamon topping over the set fudge, creating swirls or zigzag patterns.
  2. Let the drizzle set for about 15–20 minutes.
  3. Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper.
  4. Slice it into small squares or rectangles and serve.

Notes

  • Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  • For clean slices, warm your knife under hot water, dry it, and cut.
  • Freeze fudge for up to 3 months by wrapping it tightly in plastic wrap and placing it in a freezer-safe container.
  • For extra flair, sprinkle a little cinnamon sugar on top before serving.
