 - 200ml sour cream

 - 200–300g cream cheese, sliced or grated
 
Instructions
1. Prepare the Potatoes
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
 - In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes with salt, potato seasoning, dry garlic powder, and paprika.
 - Drizzle with vegetable oil and toss until the potatoes are well-coated.
 - Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden and slightly crispy.
 
2. Cook the Minced Meat
- In a bowl, mix the minced meat with salt, meat seasoning, dry ginger powder, and black pepper.
 - Spread the seasoned meat evenly on a baking tray.
 - Bake in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for 20-25 minutes, or until the meat is fully cooked and slightly browned.
