  • 3 Tbsp Thick Shredded Cheddar Swap for dairy-free cheese if preferred.
  • 1 Tbsp Light Mayo Optional.

Preparation Steps
  1. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread BBQ sauce and light mayo in a line down the center.
  2. Sprinkle shredded cheddar over the BBQ sauce, then add chopped BBQ chicken, red onion, and spinach.
  3. Tuck in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom to the top.
  4. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes.
  5. Place the wrap seam-side down into the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
