Ingredients

  • 2 filets Skinless Salmon Fresh is preferred
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil Extra virgin recommended
For the Vegetables
  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper Can substitute with yellow or orange bell peppers
  • 1 cup Broccoli Fresh preferred, frozen can work
For the Glaze
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce Or liquid aminos for gluten-free
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced, or garlic powder if in a hurry
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil Can swap for canola or vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Corn Starch
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flake For a spicy twist, use sriracha
For the Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds For crunch and visual appeal
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Chives Chopped for garnish

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash and slice the red bell pepper into thin strips and cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Pat the salmon filets dry, rub with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Arrange on top of the veggies in the air fryer basket.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and sesame oil. Stir in corn starch and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Drizzle half of the glaze over the salmon and vegetables. Set the air fryer to 390°F and cook for 13-15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Remove the basket, drizzle remaining glaze over the dish, and garnish with sesame seeds and chives before serving.
