  2. Assemble the Quesadilla: Place a tortilla flat. Spoon half of the apple filling onto one half. Optional: Spread cream cheese or yogurt over apples. Fold the tortilla.
  3. Toast the Quesadilla: Melt butter in a clean skillet over medium heat. Cook the folded quesadilla for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden, then flip and repeat.
