  • 2 teaspoons Ginger Grated, use fresh for best flavor.
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Grated; garlic powder is a substitute.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather your ingredients and set out a baking dish for the salmon fillets.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine apricot preserves, grainy mustard, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and lime juice. Grate ginger and garlic into the mixture and stir well.
  3. Place salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish and generously apply the apricot Dijon glaze over the top.
  4. Transfer the baking dish to the preheated oven and bake for around 10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily.
  5. For more flavor, consider marinating the salmon in the glaze for at least 30 minutes before baking.
