Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Asparagus Puff Pastry
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare your baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Trim asparagus ends and coat medium to large spears with olive oil, salt, and pepper, baking for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix Dijon mustard and mayonnaise in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into six squares.
  5. Spread the mustard-mayo mixture onto each pastry square.
  6. Place 4-6 asparagus spears on each square and sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Fold corners of the pastry squares over the filling to form bundles.
