  • 1 medium Avocado sliced or diced

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your ingredients.
  2. Cook the bacon until crispy, then slice it into bite-sized pieces. Sauté the broccoli in a pan for about 3-4 minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and cream until well-blended. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat, coating the pan.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, reduce heat to low, and cook for 30 seconds without stirring.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until set. Check for doneness by shaking the skillet.
  7. Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes until crispy on top.
  8. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
