Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until a smooth paste forms. Toss in the shrimp, ensuring each piece is evenly coated in the marinade. Let the shrimp marinate for 10-15 minutes.
