  • 2 tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil Neutral oil can be used as substitute
  • to taste Salt Essential for enhancing flavors

Method
 

Baking Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  3. Arrange salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the marinade ingredients until smooth.
  5. Coat each salmon fillet generously with the marinade.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving hot.
