Step-by-Step Instructions for Baklava Cinnamon Rolls
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan with butter.
  2. In a food processor, combine pistachios, brown sugar, white sugar, and cinnamon; pulse until finely chopped.
  3. Roll out thawed puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and brush with melted butter. Sprinkle pistachio mixture evenly.
  4. Roll each pastry jelly-roll style and cut into 16 equal rolls.
  5. Place rolls in greased baking pan, nut side down, and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Prepare the syrup by boiling sugar, water, honey, and lemon juice for 5-7 minutes until thick.
