  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Combine ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Roll the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and set aside.
  4. Unroll crescent dough and press seams together, then cut into 3x3 inch squares.
  5. Press dough squares into the greased muffin tin.
