  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar adjust to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and thaw the frozen puff pastry according to package instructions. Roll it out to about 1/8-inch thick.
  2. Cut the pastry into squares or circles and arrange them on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until golden brown. Let them cool completely on a wire rack.
  4. Whip 1 cup of heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gradually add 1/4 cup of powdered sugar, lime zest, and lime juice. Mix gently.
  5. Fold 1 cup of crushed blackberries into the cream mixture without over-mixing.
  6. Slice each puff in half horizontally and fill with blackberry lime cream. Replace the top to seal.
  7. Dust with extra powdered sugar and serve immediately or refrigerate briefly.
