For the Wrap
  • 2 large Flour Tortillas substitute with whole wheat or gluten-free
  • 6 slices Bacon or turkey bacon or plant-based alternative
  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce or spinach or arugula
  • 1 medium Tomato or diced bell peppers
  • 1 medium Avocado or hummus for vegan option
For the Secret Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise or vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard or yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup for vegan option
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder or fresh minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder or shallots
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips for 6–8 minutes until crisp. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Warm tortillas in the same skillet or microwave for 10-15 seconds until soft.
  4. Lay each tortilla flat, spread secret sauce in the center, and layer with romaine, tomatoes, avocado, and bacon.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom to enclose the fillings.
  6. Slice each wrap in half and serve with extra secret sauce on the side.
