Instructions for Blueberry Cream Cheese Puff Pastry
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy. Fold in fresh blueberries.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until 1/8 inch thick. Cut into 4-inch squares.
- Place a spoonful of blueberry cream cheese filling in the center of each square, fold corners to center, and seal edges.
- Transfer the pastries to the baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and space them out.
