- Preheat your oven to 350℉ (175℃) and line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Blend in butter and vanilla until it resembles coarse sand.
- Press half of the crumble mixture into the bottom of the baking dish and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Combine blueberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat for about 2 minutes until thickened.
- Spread the blueberry mixture over the baked crust, crumble remaining mixture on top, and bake for an additional 30 to 35 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares.
