Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350℉ (175℃) and line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Blend in butter and vanilla until it resembles coarse sand.
  3. Press half of the crumble mixture into the bottom of the baking dish and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Combine blueberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat for about 2 minutes until thickened.
  5. Spread the blueberry mixture over the baked crust, crumble remaining mixture on top, and bake for an additional 30 to 35 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares.
