Step-by-Step Instructions
- Rinse the fresh blueberries under cold running water in a fine mesh strainer. Gently shake the strainer to remove excess moisture, then pat the blueberries dry with a clean kitchen towel.
- Slice the ripe peaches into wedges and place them into a large mixing bowl with the blueberries.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the bowl of mixed fruit.
- Wash the mixed greens thoroughly under cool water, then dry them using a salad spinner or by patting them gently with a towel. Add the dried greens to your fruit-and-feta mixture in the bowl.
- Chop a small red onion finely, then sprinkle it over the salad mixture.
- Roughly chop some walnuts and scatter them on top of the salad.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, a pinch of black pepper, and salt until well combined.
- Drizzle the prepared dressing over the salad mixture evenly. Using tongs, gently toss the salad to combine all the ingredients.
- Taste your salad and make any necessary adjustments.
- Serve the salad immediately for a fresh dish, or refrigerate it for up to an hour if you prefer a chilled experience.

Notes
Store fruits and greens in separate containers to prevent sogginess. Dress just before serving for the best freshness.
