  2. Incorporate 1/2 cup of coconut yogurt, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and a splash of vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Fold in 1 cup of blueberries into the oat mixture.
  4. Transfer your oat mixture into a sealable jar or container. Cover it tightly and refrigerate overnight.
