For the Blueberry Swirl
  • 0.5 cup Blueberries Fresh blueberries add flavor; frozen are a good substitute.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the muffin tin by lining it with paper liners or spraying each cup with non-stick cooking oil.
  2. Mix 1 cup of unsweetened plain yogurt and 1 tablespoon of honey in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Mash half of the blueberries and fold into the yogurt mixture.
  4. Fill the muffin tin cups halfway with the yogurt mixture; add reserved mashed blueberries on top.
  5. Gently swirl the yogurt and blueberry puree using a toothpick.
  6. Place the muffin tin in the freezer for about 2-3 hours.
  7. Remove the bites from the muffin tin and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
