- Prepare the muffin tin by lining it with paper liners or spraying each cup with non-stick cooking oil.
- Mix 1 cup of unsweetened plain yogurt and 1 tablespoon of honey in a bowl until smooth.
- Mash half of the blueberries and fold into the yogurt mixture.
- Fill the muffin tin cups halfway with the yogurt mixture; add reserved mashed blueberries on top.
- Gently swirl the yogurt and blueberry puree using a toothpick.
- Place the muffin tin in the freezer for about 2-3 hours.
- Remove the bites from the muffin tin and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
