  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion

  • 1/4 cup Kai Dong Yuzu Sesame Dressing key for quick salad
For the Crunch
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds freshly ground
  • 1-2 tablespoons furikake seasoning adjust based on taste

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Grind the sesame seeds by placing them in a small frying pan over low heat and stirring for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Transfer to a grinder and crush into a fine powder.
  2. Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes, then slice them in half. Place the halved tomatoes in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the yuzu sesame dressing and ground sesame seeds to the bowl with tomatoes, then sprinkle in the furikake seasoning.
  4. Gently toss the ingredients together until the tomatoes are evenly coated with the dressing.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
