- Grind the sesame seeds by placing them in a small frying pan over low heat and stirring for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Transfer to a grinder and crush into a fine powder.
- Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes, then slice them in half. Place the halved tomatoes in a mixing bowl.
- Add the yuzu sesame dressing and ground sesame seeds to the bowl with tomatoes, then sprinkle in the furikake seasoning.
- Gently toss the ingredients together until the tomatoes are evenly coated with the dressing.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
