Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Wash and trim 4 cups of fresh broccoli, chopping it into bite-sized florets. Place in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add 1 cup of fresh blueberries, ½ cup of dried blueberries, 1 cup of cashews, ¼ cup of sliced green onions, and the zest of 1 lemon to the bowl with the broccoli. Toss gently.
