  • 1 tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup optional
  • 1 cup Almond Milk or Other Plant Milk any milk of your choice

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Start by washing 1 cup of fresh Brussels sprouts, removing any wilted leaves, and chopping them roughly. Next, peel and slice 1 ripe banana into manageable pieces. Gather your additional fruits such as pineapple or apple, and measure out ½ cup of Greek yogurt and 1 cup of almond milk.
  2. In a high-speed blender, combine the Brussels sprouts, banana, and Greek yogurt. Add your chosen fruit along with honey or maple syrup for sweetness. Pour in the almond milk and blend until well incorporated.
  3. Blend on high speed for about 30-60 seconds, until the mixture is smooth and vibrant, without any chunks. If it's too thick, add a splash of almond milk and blend again.
  4. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness as needed by adding more honey or maple syrup, then blend again for 10-15 seconds.
  5. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and enjoy immediately. Optionally, garnish with a slice of fruit or a sprinkle of seeds.
