Method
 

Preparing the Burger Bowls
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Slice medium potatoes into wedges and pat dry. Toss with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper, then bake for 30-40 minutes until crispy.
  2. In a frying pan, heat olive oil and brown the lean beef mince for 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano; cook until flavorful and browned.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayo, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice until smooth. Adjust flavors to taste and set aside.
  4. Assemble bowls: Start with crispy potatoes, then shredded lettuce, beef, cheese, pickles, and drizzle with special sauce. Serve immediately.
