Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened butter and granulated sugar. Cream until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Gradually add all-purpose flour while mixing on low speed. Fold in chopped pistachios and vanilla extract until dough forms.
- Scoop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges turn lightly golden.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
