- Begin by opening the cans of salmon and draining the liquid. Flake the salmon with a fork until well broken up.
- Add breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, and bell pepper to the bowl with flaked salmon. Crack in the eggs, followed by Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
