  • 1 package Pizza Dough Store-bought or homemade
Filling
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Fresh or shredded
Garlic Butter
  • 4 tablespoons Butter Unsalted or salted
  • 4 cloves Minced Garlic Adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Parsley Fresh or dried
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Coarse sea salt optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Divide the pizza dough into 12 equal pieces and flatten each to about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Place 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese in the center of each dough piece, fold and seal, then tie into a knot.
  4. Arrange knots on the baking sheet with enough space for rising.
  5. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt in a bowl to create garlic butter.
  6. Brush garlic butter mixture generously over each knot.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from oven, brush with more garlic butter, serve warm with marinara sauce.
