Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Divide the pizza dough into 12 equal pieces and flatten each to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Place 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese in the center of each dough piece, fold and seal, then tie into a knot.
- Arrange knots on the baking sheet with enough space for rising.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt in a bowl to create garlic butter.
- Brush garlic butter mixture generously over each knot.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven, brush with more garlic butter, serve warm with marinara sauce.
