For the Garlic Butter Topping

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the baking tray with parchment paper.
  3. Shape the ground beef into uniform patties.
  4. Sprinkle seasoned salt and black pepper over the patties.
  5. Bake the beef for 15-17 minutes.
  6. Melt butter in a saucepan and stir in garlic salt.
  7. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
  8. Assemble the sliders with half the buns, followed by beef and cheese, then top with other half.
  9. Brush the top with garlic butter and bake for 3-4 minutes.
  10. Slice sliders and serve warm.
