  • 2 tablespoons Hot Honey Regular honey or chili flakes can replicate the heat.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Leaves Can use mint leaves for a different flavor.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine grated Parmesan, Pecorino, garlic, thyme, melted butter, and pepper until creamy.
  3. Slice the sourdough or baguette into ½ inch thick pieces and coat each slice with the cheese mixture.
  4. Arrange prosciutto pieces over the cheese-covered bread, allowing edges to hang off.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  6. Carefully transfer to a platter, add burrata, top with peach slices, and sprinkle with basil leaves.
  7. Drizzle with hot honey before serving for added flavor.
